Stay Fly Wear was founded by owner Michael Mania-Bond in 2004.

Stay Fly Wear is located in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Clothing can be found in several stores in the Thunder Bay and Northern Ontario region. Calgary, Alberta home to TrendSettaz Clothing is also a distributor of the company. Stay Fly Wear also has sellers in British Columbia, United Kingdom and Florida.

In 2010 Michael partnered with Caitlin Patton (Thunder Bay, Ontario) with a vision to expand the clothing and include a womens line as well as continue to expand the company in the future.
